for LECHUZA Online Shop orders from Canada
Please note: All Terms and Conditions are valid for orders from Canada exclusively. We cannot process orders from other countries and it is not possible to ship orders to other countries.
Payment
The LECHUZA Online Shop is only available to customers paying by credit card. We accept: VISA and MasterCard. Your credit card will be billed as soon as you place your order.
Sale Taxes
Please note that sales tax applies in several provinces.
Terms of Delivery
The LECHUZA ONLINE Shop ships all packages via Purolator Ground for street addresses and Canada Post for all others (ex. P.O. Box or R.R#) and the Yukon.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll replace the item or refund the product amount. If you need to exchange or return any product, please repackage the product securely and return via Purolator or insured parcel post. Enclose a copy of the original invoice and give the reason for the return or exchange.
Returns/Exchanges are to be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns of used products will not be accepted. We will refund the merchandise amount to your credit card. Please note a 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns of open items. If a part of any LECHUZA set is broken or missing when you receive it, please do not return the whole set. Refer to the part number as shown in the leaflet or send us a drawing of the missing or broken part. Simply notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it at no charge.
If your product displays a manufacturing defect, we honor a ONE YEAR warranty* on all of our products.
*Warranty only applies to LECHUZA products purchased directly from the LECHUZA website or catalog exhibiting a manufacturing defect. We may request pictures of the product or that the product be returned to LECHUZA Canada. Product displaying manufacturing defects may be exchanged.

Online Gift Certificates
- Redeeming a gift certificate online
- Gift certificates for LECHUZA webshops can be redeemed any time. There is no expiration date. Any unused certificate balance will be added to your account to be used as a future credit.
- Gift certificates can only be redeemed in a LECHUZA webshop for products that are available in the country of that webshop. The gift certificate can only be redeemed online in the same country in which it was bought. Online gift certificates are not valid in local LECHUZA stores or retailers.
- Gift certificates can only be paid for using secure payment methods (credit card and PayPal) via the order form (shopping cart).
- If the cost of your order exceeds the value on your gift certificate, you can pay the difference via a secure payment method during the checkout process.
- You can only use one gift certificate per order.
- Gift certificates can be transferred to other people.
- Gift certificates are sent by email to the customer and can be viewed and printed under "My Account". You can check your certificate balance by scrolling over the "Online Shop" button in the navigation bar and clicking on "Gift Certificates" in the drop-down menu, and by typing your certificate code into the appropriate field. The gift certificate will be activated 24 hours after the email has been sent.
- Gift certificates are tax-free. When redeeming the certificate, applicable taxes will be added to the purchased products.
- General
- When redeeming LECHUZA gift certificates online, both the Legal Information and Terms and Conditions apply as stated on the relevant LECHUZA website.
- When ordering an online gift certificate, the order form has to be filled in completely with all payment information. Information cannot be altered after the order is completed.
- Ordered gift certificates can only be cancelled when the certificates have not yet been redeemed.
- Information about the redemption status of the gift certificate can be obtained from the LECHUZA customer service. Furthermore, the customer can find all important information under "My Account".
- Limitations
- Gift certificates cannot be used to buy additional gift certificates. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed anywhere other than the authorized LECHUZA country websites.
- Gift certificates and equivalent credit balances cannot be paid out in cash, refilled, used to clear any outstanding debts, or transferred to another LECHUZA customer account.
- Gift certificates can only be bought for a value between $ 5.00 and $ 300.00 (whole dollar values only).
- Liability and risk of loss
- geobra Brandstätter Stiftung & Co. KG / LECHUZA cannot be held liable for any typing errors in the email address of the gift certificate recipient. Furthermore, geobra Brandstätter Stiftung & Co. KG / LECHUZA is not liable for loss, theft, abuse or the delayed transmission (e.g. due to technical difficulties) of gift certificates.
- Fraud
- In the case of fraud, attempted deception, or suspected other illegal activities related to the purchase or redemption of LECHUZA gift certificates, geobra Brandstätter Stiftung & Co. KG / LECHUZA is entitled to close the respective customer accounts and/or to ask for alternative payment methods. Access to or disbursement of the gift certificates concerned cannot be legally claimed.
